Want to take this opportunity to express our thanks for a great Valentine's
weekend at your casitas. We came down to see our friend Brent Burns perform at
The Thirsty Parrot in Old Port. Our Casita was very clean, quiet &
comfortable. Next trip I'll bring my guitar and spend a little time at the
palapa bar. This was our first trip down on the new highway from San Luis to
El Golfo and on down the scenic coast of the Sea of Cortez to Puerto Penasco.
This route shaved about 1.5 hours off of our privious trip from Rosarito Beach
in Baja Norte. This should be great news for anyone coming from California or

We had a wonderful first visit to Rocky Point, and it was
mainly due to La Palapas. Great location - walk to Manny's, cheap cab ride
to Old Port. The casita we stayed in was just remodeled and absolutely
immaculate. While we did not get a chance to use the outdoor grill and
patio area, we certainly will on our next visit. We felt welcome, safe,
and extremely lucky to have found you guys. If anyone asks, we will
certainly suggest your lovely place. We will return soon!

May 14, 2008 I just wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional hospitality during my first stay in one of your beautiful casitas (the tile work is beautiful-great job Troy!) I was recently there for an extended weekend getaway with Tony, who has been a loyal visitor with you for several years, and I have to say I enjoyed staying there more than the resorts on Sandy Beach. I have been fortunate enough to have stayed in Las Conchas as well as Sandy Beach and your facility provided the kind of atmosphere that I enjoy when visiting Rocky Point. Your location can’t get any better-walking distance to the beach and to the nightlife & food. The fact that the complex is gated adds even more of that safe, homey feeling. I know that Tony and I look forward to many more stays with you guys & can’t wait to see you again soon. I was going to fly my sister in to Vegas to join her for the celebration of her 30th birthday but after our stay with you over Cinco de Mayo weekend, I have cancelled those plans and just booked 3 nights with you guys instead! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and for the helpful tips on things to do there. I have already recommended you guys to many of my friends and coworkers! We will see you soon! No hassles to check in or check out. I do plan on going back next month if I can get my schedule to allow me otherwise I will for sure be there in June. Troy has always been my contact and has been great to deal with every time I schedule a trip, he even hooked me up with some other guests you had last year when I came by myself, whom I was able to go out with and enjoy the night life. The amenities you provide make for a perfect and relaxing experience. Never any pressure and always willing to help if needed. Your place has been the first and only place I will stay when in Rocky Point and have never had a bad experience in all my visits. I have referred everybody I know to La Palapas and will continue to do so. I can say that since my last comment left on April 27th 2006, when Jenn and I stayed their, I have been back several times and had the same if not better experience each time I stayed with you. great. The casitas and condos were lovely, nice and clean and beautifully
turned out, we couldn't have stayed anywhere better. You and your wife were so
helpful and nice, it really made a difference to our trip. We will recommend

Dear Mr. Les Foss, My name is Louie Gonzalez. We didn't get to talk much, but
my wife and I were one of the couples that stayed in condo -A- this past
weekend . My friend Ray Romeo was the principal renter. I just want to say
that your facility is at it's best. Soon as the spring break season is over I
coming back with my two kids. I am telling all of my friends about your place.
You and your family are extremely friendly. I feel my family would be safe at
your compound. I don't like hotels, I always stay in condos or homes. I liked

visiting Rocky Point for about 18 yrs and even have a house in Cholla Bay.
Sometimes I just like to stay in town and stay near the "action". Your place is
very very nice, you have a small safe town feel with your security and
hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to friends.
Great prices, great atmosphere, very easy to reserve, and the deposit was
returned so quickly it made my head spin!! March 18, 2006 I just wanted to tell you that my friends and I had a really good time staying at your condos this past week.
