For La Palapa Condo's & Casita's, we have two different rental rates at this time.

La Palapa Condos:

A refundable deposit of $100.00 for first time renters is required.   

Regular rental rate:  Weekends
$125.00 per night for up to 6 people. 
                            Sunday through Wednesday night $100.00
The condos have one Queen bed in each bedroom and a double
Sofa bed in the living room.
A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any date or unit changes.
Weekly rental rates:
            Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free.
 
Holiday rental rates:
                    Spring Break & Memorial Day
$175.00 per night for up to 4 people.
       $25.00 per night for each extra person.
$400.00 Security deposit.
                Each condo sleeps 6 people (Three couples)
A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any date or unit changes.
Security Deposit and Rental Fees must be paid in full, one week before arrival!
    For these Holidays, a Security Guard is on the premises at
    night and armbands are required.

La Palapa Casitas:

$50.00 per night for 2 people.
        $70.00 per night for 2 Beds or 1 King size bed.  (Casitas #4, #5 & #9 only)
A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any date or unit changes.
Weekly rental rates:
            Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free.
 
Holiday rental rates:
                    Spring Break
$100.00 per night for 2 people.
$200.00 Security deposit.

A $25.00 service fee will be charged for any date or unit changes.  Security Deposit and Rental Fees must be paid in full, one week before arrival!
