For La Palapa Condo's & Casita's, we have two different rental rates at this time.
La Palapa Condos:
A refundable deposit of $100.00 for
first time renters is required.
- Regular rental rate: Weekends
- $125.00 per night for up to 6 people.

Sunday through Wednesday night $100.00
- The condos have one Queen bed in each bedroom and a double
- Sofa bed in the living room.
- After making a booking a $25.00 service fee
will be charged for any date or unit changes.
- Weekly rental rates:
- Pay
for 6 nights and get the 7th free. (Does not apply to Spring Break)

- Holiday rental rates:

Spring Break only
- $175.00 per night for up to 6 people.
- $200.00 Security deposit.

Each condo sleeps 6 people (Three couples)
- After making a booking a $25.00 service fee
will be charged for any date or unit changes.

- For these Holidays, a Security Guard is on the
premises at
- night and armbands are required.
La Palapa Casitas:

Courtyard View
- Regular rental rate:
- $60.00 per night for 2 people. Book
three nights & pay for only two. (Queens only)
- $70.00 per night for King size bed.
(Casitas #4
& #5 only)
- After making a booking a $25.00 service fee will be charged for any
date or unit changes.
- Weekly rental rates:
- Pay
for 6 nights and get the 7th free. ( Does not apply to Spring Break)
